For Training Kits (Digital/Physical Products):

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, training kits are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

• Physical Products: If applicable, cancellations are accepted within [24-48] hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.

For Subscription Plans (Trainers/Organizations):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.

For Trainer Bookings:

• Cancellations made by an organization or trainer are subject to the specific agreement between the two parties. HMLI serves as a connecting platform and is not liable for individual booking cancellations unless otherwise stated in a specific service contract.
